Escape to the Country...
On the edge of the “Golden Valley” lies New Barns Farm, a working farm set in 200 acres of beautiful countryside. Tucked up a very quite farm drive, and only 1 mile from the B4348. 14 miles from Hay-on-Wye and 8 miles from the city of Hereford. We are pleased to offer our bed and breakfast guests accommodation with a difference, the "Granary Suite" is totally self-contained part of the farmhouse, guests own sitting/dining room, a double bedroom and a single bedroom (with the option of an extra single bed) and a private shower room. Please note that the "Granary Suite" is only let as a double / twin / family suite, and therefore is yours only, for the duration of your stay.
|
| Guests are welcome to relax in the garden, or wander through the woods and fields, and enjoy the farm season to season. We produce a variety of cereals including wheat, oats, and oil seed rape. We also have a flock of breeding ewes that will lamb in March. Hannah and Marie our Shetland ponies roam the orchard along with our free-range chickens. |
