Olchon Cottage Farm, which has been carefully converted from a stone barn and once the home of film actor Robert Newton. We offer peace and tranquillity for walkers and nature lovers. The Olchon brook borders the fields where the sheep happily wander with free range chickens and ducks. |

You enter the comfortable lounge through a beautiful arched door, a wood burning stove sits in a small inglenook fireplace where guests can enjoy a peaceful evening or watch TV, listen to music, or play games which are available for the more energetic. |

| A unique stone staircase winds up to the well equipped beamed bedrooms, the first one is a family room with views to the mountains, it has a shower room, TV, hospitality tray and radio. | |||||||
| The second bedroom is also a family room with en-suite private bathroom also provided with TV, hospitality tray and radio, plus the benefit of wonderful views to the village of Longtown and its Norman castle. | |||||||

| The world renowned town of books, Hay-on-Wye should not be missed, whilst the market town of Abergavenny, gateway to Wales, noted for its outdoor market and friendly atmosphere awaits you. All are approximately the same travelling distance from Longtown. | |||||||
| The cathedral city of Hereford on the banks of the River Wye with the famous Mappa Mundi, also the home of the Hereford cider industry with works and museum, the black and white house trails through the quaint little villages across the country are well worth a visit. | |||||||
